Reports suggest that West Bromwich Albion boss Roberto Di Matteo will pursue Bordeaux midfielder Jaroslav Plasil in January.
The 28-year old Czech international has been with the French club since the start of the 2009/10 season when he signed from Spain’s Osasuna and now Di Matteo is hoping he will move on from Stade Chaban Delmas and join him at The Hawthorns.
Plasil is likely to cost the Baggies around £2million but Di Matteo is keen to strengthen his midfield for the second half of the Premier League season.
