David Bentley and Niko Kranjcar could go from Tottenham in January sales.
The Mail on Sunday says the Spurs pair will be allowed to leave in January to provide funds for new talent.
Chairman Daniel Levy has given his approval despite knowing he will take a huge loss on Bentley, signed for £15million from Blackburn just two years ago.
Fulham are likely to be interested in Bentley, while Newcastle and Aston Villa have been linked with Croatian Kranjcar.
