Malaga are eyeing San Lorenzo defender Jonathan Bottinelli.
The former Sampdoria stopper is regarded highly by new Malaga coach Manuel Pellegrini.
A return to Europe is now being considered by Bottinelli ahead of the January market.
San Lorenzo rate the defender in the €4 million class.
