Tottenham are preparing a bid for Aston Villa winger Ashley Young.
The Daily Star Sunday says Spurs are lining up a cash-plus-player package worth £20million for unsettled Aston Villa ace Young.
Spurs boss Harry Redknapp will offer either Niko Kranjcar or David Bentley plus £10m in an effort to tempt Villa into selling their England winger.
And the deal could happen in January if ambitious Spurs get into the Champions League knockout stages.
